| What Makes Billy So Special: | Billy was a rescue found on the streets of Ireland. He was picked up by the dogs trust then brought over here to the dogs trust in merseyside. He got adopted by two different families but got returned twice. the dogs trust then made the decision to put him out for foster for extra training and that's where we came in. Billy was terrified of traffic , loud bangs, car doors opening and closing , he would just hit the deck and freeze. He was under weight , did,nt no how to walk on a lead , had no recall, he had problem after problem. But there was something about him , we could,nt give up on him. It took months of consistent training , teaching him how to be a dog and how to trust again. But with the help of our other dogs showing him the way and never giving up he has turned into an amazing dog that we adopted. We found out during his training that he has a hearing problem and can only here high pitch but does manage to pick up on vibrations banging ect. so he now responds to hand signals. Billy has even been to School to tell his story when our daughter took him in for show and tell , she demonstrated how he responses to hand signals in a class room full of children . |

And that's what makes are Billy so special.
